Marking

Parking Lot Line Striping & Pavement Markings

Striping is the cheapest thing on a lot and the first thing a customer reads. Faded lines cost you parking spaces, make traffic flow guesswork, and put accessible-stall compliance in question. Fresh layout fixes all three in a day — and it is what makes a newly sealed lot look finished rather than just clean.

When you need it

Signs your pavement is asking for line striping & markings

  • Lines faded, patchy, or worn away in the drive aisles
  • Accessible stalls, access aisles or signage that no longer read clearly
  • Drivers parking crooked or across two stalls
  • A newly sealed or resurfaced lot with no layout on it yet
  • Fire lanes, loading zones or no-parking areas that need to be obvious

What the work includes

What we actually do on site

Stall and aisle layout

Stalls laid out square and consistent, with drive aisles sized for the vehicles that actually use the lot — including delivery trucks.

Accessible stalls and access aisles

Accessible stalls, access aisles and symbols laid out to the required dimensions, positioned on the shortest route to the entrance.

Arrows, stencils and legends

Directional arrows, stop bars, fire lanes, loading zones, visitor and reserved stalls — stencilled crisp enough to read from a moving vehicle.

Re-stripe or fresh layout

Existing lines re-run where the layout works, or a new layout marked out when you want more stalls or better flow.

How it runs

Three moves, start to finish

01

Free on-site inspection

We measure the lot, count what you have, and show you where a changed layout would gain stalls or clean up traffic flow.

02

Clean and mark out

Surface cleaned so paint bonds, then the layout chalked and checked with you before a single line is sprayed.

03

Stripe and re-open

Lines and stencils applied, cones kept up until the paint is dry, and the lot handed back ready for traffic.

Questions we get

Straight answers

How often does a lot need re-striping?
Most commercial lots re-stripe every one to two years, sooner where snow ploughing and heavy turning traffic wear the lines faster.
Do you stripe after sealcoating?
Yes — sealcoating covers the old lines, so striping is the finishing step. We handle both so nothing gets left half-finished.
Can you add stalls to our existing lot?
Often we can gain stalls with a better layout. We measure the lot and show you the options before anything is painted.
